copy note

For distributing my work, I would like to add a note that conveys that I have no problem with it being used, copied, etc.

The note should

• not stifle or slow distribution
  If this were the only goal, I'd just use an established license. Rolling an own causes uncertainty for authors and users.
• not rely on the concept of intellectual property
  The concept makes little sense.
• be short and pleasant to read
  It should not contain any foreign concepts, simply stating that I am happy with people using the work.

• Unsure if "permission" implies that permission was required in the first place.
• The ALL CAPS AS IS CLAUSE is eerie.
